The Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation announced that Certified Master Chef Ron DeSantis has joined Prime Cut Steak & Seafood at the newly renamed Jamul Casino. Park Hyatt Aviara has appointed Richard Powers chef de cuisine of Vivace, the property’s signature Italian restaurant. Last month, Wine Spectator magazine released its list of the 2018 Restaurant Award winners last month, which distributes recognition across three categories: Award of Excellence, Best of Award of Excellence and Grand Award. This year, the magazine honored 3,759 restaurants located in all 50 states and more than 75 countries and territories, for having outstanding wine lists.
