Tex has resided in the New Waterford area since 1953. Prior to retirement, he worked for a number of years at Columbiana Pump, Chester Hoist and area golf courses where he enjoyed mowing the grounds. He was a past member of the New Waterford Lions Club and a 25-year member of the Negley Masonic Lodge #565, where he served many years as the Tyler and Lodge organist. Tex had a great sense of humor, pulling pranks and telling childhood stories. He enjoyed woodworking, mowing lawns for others, and riding his motorcycle with his wife and friends.
